Step-by-Step Beetroot and Mint Puri Recipe

Step 1: Make the Beetroot-Mint Mixture

Blend boiled beetroot, mint leaves, green chilli, and ginger into a smooth paste without adding too much water.

Step 2: Make the Dough

In a bowl, mix wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and oil.

Add the beetroot-mint mixture and mix well.

Knead into a firm and smooth dough, adding a little water if needed.
